Founder

Keith Tiltman

Keith founded the LUME Group in 2020, following 18 years in the Design & Build industry with one of the sector’s larger firms. His vision was simple: to put client service and clarity at the heart of every project. Keith’s role is to lead the team in delivering focused, well-organised, and streamlined projects. Working closely with a Project Director and Contracts Manager, he ensures that design, pricing, and on-site decisions are clear, timely, and aligned with client expectations.

He believes that the strength of a small, agile company lies in its ability to make fast, informed decisions and communicate them efficiently — something clients consistently value throughout the project journey.

Megan Diaz

Megan, our Furniture Consultant, brings a sharp eye for design and a passion for curating furniture that blends luxury, sustainability, and functionality. Her thoughtful selections add depth, character, and style to every space we create, ensuring each piece aligns with our clients’ vision and values. In her dual role as Office Manager, Megan is the glue that holds the studio together—overseeing day-to-day operations, streamlining processes, and keeping the team one step ahead.

As Lume’s very first employee, she’s deeply invested in the company’s success, bringing unmatched dedication, energy, and ambition. With big goals for the future of Lume Interiors, Megan continues to play a vital role in shaping both our culture and our creative direction.

Director

Ben Avvinti

Ben is our Projects Director, bringing over nine years of industry experience. Having worked for some of the larger names in the UK, he joined Lume with the vision of building long-standing relationships with both clients and subcontractors.

In his role, Ben works alongside the entire Lume team — from business development during initial client appointments, through design, pre-construction, and delivery phases, ultimately handing clients the keys to their new space. He has overseen the resourcing of multiple projects spanning CAT A, CAT +, and CAT B, with project values ranging from £50,000 to £2 million.

Pre-Construction Manager

Ben Hoad

Ben joined the team with a solid background in Construction Management and extensive experience across both the commercial and residential sectors. From luxury new-build developments to high-end refurbishments, he has led multidisciplinary teams through a wide variety of complex projects, always with a focus on quality, clarity, and collaboration.

In his role as Pre-Construction Manager, Ben is responsible for overseeing the critical early stages of each project. Working closely with clients, designers, and consultants, he ensures that every detail is clearly defined from the outset — from feasibility and programming to cost planning and technical coordination. His goal is to set each project up for success, aligning vision with practical delivery from day one alongside our construction team.

Ben brings a proactive mindset, a passion for design, and a strong belief in the power of teamwork. With his can-do attitude and meticulous approach, he plays a key role in turning ambitious ideas into well-structured, buildable realities.

Becky King-Winterborn

Becky, our Senior Designer, brings over six years of experience and an impeccable eye for detail. Her exceptional talent lies in blending elegant, contemporary style with practical functionality, creating office interiors that are both visually inspiring and fully compliant.

Becky consistently delivers thoughtful, high-impact design solutions that elevate every workspace. Her deep understanding of planning, materials, and workplace needs — combined with a passion for sustainability — makes her an invaluable member of our team. From concept to completion, Becky ensures every detail is considered, every regulation is met, and every client’s vision is brought beautifully to life.
