Eden Rock Group

A word from the client

Lume Furniture understood exactly how we needed our workspace to reflect both our brand values and the expectations of our high-level clients. The furniture choices felt refined, durable, and environmentally conscious without sacrificing quality. The space has completely transformed how we welcome clients and collaborate internally — it feels like a natural extension of who we are as a company.

Eden Rock Group: Reimagining Luxury Through a Sustainable Lens

Mayfair / Finance / 5 weeks / 5,000 sq ft

A workspace aligned with brand and expectation

Eden Rock Group set out to elevate their London office to better reflect the sophistication of their brand and the expectations of their clients. Their existing workspace functioned well, but lacked the quiet sense of luxury and hospitality that defines their client experience. At the same time, they were committed to ensuring the project aligned with their ESG strategy through thoughtful reuse and responsible procurement.

The challenge was to create a space that felt premium yet approachable, all while maintaining partial occupancy throughout the project.

Furniture at the centre of a refined transformation

Lume Furniture delivered a furniture-first scheme shaped by longevity, sustainability and executive polish. Where possible, existing pieces were given a second life — 12% of meeting chairs were refurbished, and selected soft seating was deep-cleaned and reupholstered to meet the new quality benchmark.

New furniture introduced flexibility and future readiness, including modular executive desking, height-adjustable workstations, and soft seating finished in recycled-content fabrics, complemented by FSC-certified timber detailing. A warm, tailored colour palette unified the floorplate and strengthened Eden Rock’s brand presence throughout.

Furniture zoning played a key role in creating distinct executive, quiet-working and client-hosting areas without architectural disruption. Installation was phased outside peak hours to ensure the business continued operating seamlessly.

As Lume Lead Designer Becky King-Winterborn explains: “This project demonstrated how premium design and sustainable furniture choices can sit comfortably side by side when curated with precision.”

Her approach underpinned every choice — designing for long-term value without compromising the elevated feel Eden Rock required.

A workspace that now reflects who Eden Rock are

The completed space achieves a careful balance: luxurious, efficient, and environmentally considerate. 40% of new soft seating features recycled-content textiles, and the introduction of modular systems is projected to reduce future reconfiguration waste by around 20%.

Early feedback highlights stronger brand alignment, increased comfort and a noticeable uplift in how client-facing areas are used. The space now feels cohesive, welcoming and unmistakably Eden Rock.
